The best 3 view of the T53 is in Martin Simons book titled Sailplanes 1965 -2000, perhaps you could order a copy from your local library.

I have the original sales brochure produced for the A.T.C. I could scan this for you if you are interested.

Cheers

Colin

Thanks guys
I ordered said plans, so will have decent size plan to work from....Colin, yeah that'd be fantastic, any additional documents would be a great help if you dont mind. Lookin at about 4-4.5M span, so not a small model

thanks fellas

IMO the T53 is ugly and lacking in character - an unusual combination. What makes this glider appealing to you Dave?

Regards,

Neil.

Hi Neil
i guess coz its easy to make, and that its under-modelled from what i can see, plus its ugly and lacking in character.....or maybe that makes it a design classic. I can see your point though all that aside. Probably not justification enough for you, but hey thats what's great about the hobby!

cheers
