Prop pitch vs diameter

Running a Graupner 13x7 folder and drawing approx 204Watts (19amps). Motor (Hacker A30-12L) is good to 25 amp continuous and my ESC is good for 36 amps continuous. Using a 3S 11.1V 2100mah (15Cdischarge) lipo. Plane (Cularis) weighs 3pounds 6ounces and I would like to get closer to the 25 amp draw. Should I go to a 13X8 or a 14X7 or even a 12X9 propeller? This is a glider so not looking for speed but rather the ability to climb better. I am not sure of the relationship between dia and pitch. I think one is related to plane speed and one is more for thrust? Appreciate any suggestions.

Better climb needs more thrust.

Roughly speaking -
more diameter = more thrust
more pitch = more speed

But if you're already at 19A a 14" prop might be too much. I'd fly it as it is.
