2-line fuel system with fuel dot, "T" on Saito 100

Hi Guys,

I searched but could only find references to YS pressurized system setups. I have a 2-line system with a Saito 100 and want to use a fuel dot. I have a tee but am unsure as to how the fuel delivery will go to the tank instead of the carb. Is it a "path of least resistance" thing or am I missing something here?

Mention was made on the engine forum to make it a 3-line system. I am trying to avoid that since I would have to remove much of my work to date and I cannot access the line to the carb under the cowling to "pinch" the line when fueling as was one suggestion. Any thoughts?

By the way, in the way of showing I'm even more of an idiot does anyone know how Hanger 9 plumbs their tanks. I forgot to reference it and have mounted my tank and sealed it in foam. Now I have a pink and blue line and no reference to which is which. Just trying to save a little repetitive time to take it apart to check.

Tee for Two

If you can close the throttle fully, (you should be able to do this because it is the safe way to stop a running engine) you may be able to get the fuel to go to the tank.

To find out which line is which, take the plane outside first.

Pump fuel into one line.

If it comes out the other, you're pumping fuel into the vent line.

If it doesn't, you're pumping fuel into the clunk line.

See why I said to take it outside?

Why do you have to cross post - http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=757632 ?

It creates confusion.

Why quote partially when the rest of the post contains the answer?
