Very tempted to give that a try with my Hirobo. I think I will make a small kit with the myvu goggles. I used them once, and I don't want them for outdoor stuff, but this makes sense.

I'm surprise to see so much video dropout, I would expect a better reception.
Did you install your tx antenna vertical?
If it horizontal, it could explain the dropout.

I guess it's simply multipathing from the building walls. Indoor is bad for video.

I'm surprise to see so much video dropout, I would expect a better reception.
Did you install your tx antenna vertical?
If it horizontal, it could explain the dropout.

You are right! The camera TX is horizontal. Plus like Kilrah said, my garage is small so the signal get's flooded. Seems to only be in that one spot. That little heli isn't that easy to control in there either It's not that bad with the goggles...can barely notice the drop out's....maybe because my heart rate is so high
