Radio Control Modeler??
For a few years now I've wondered what happened to this magazine. There's been no updates since 2005 on their website, and I cannot find the magazine in the shops either anymore.
So if anyone has any further info about RCM, I'd like to be enlightened.

Sorry, but RCM went belly-up a couple of years ago...all they do now is sell plans....and owe a lot of people $$$$. They claim they are trying to sell the mag but it doesn't look good.

I grew up idolizing Don Dewey, Ken Willard and Chuck Cunningham (the father of Quarter Scale).
My favorite cover was December 1967, which featured a pretty woman carrying an R/C plane. A spectator behind the fence had a thought balloon where he's imagining her in a swimsuit carrying the plane, while the pilot in the pit is visualizing her wearing clothes but the airplane's covering is missing, exposing the balsa structure!
As an aside, I like what Goldberg has been doing with updated ARF versions of their classics. I'd love to see Jr. Falcons, Jr. Skylarks and Jr. Skylanes with brushless motors and LiPos! Not to mention Midwest Lil Esquire and Lil Tri-squires. Just imagine a twin Skylark Jr. with ailerons, flaps, and a steerable nosegear and rudder mixed in with asymmetrical power!
