Mountain Models Dandy

Well, here it is. I've tried it with the DXA motor and the EPS100 Speed 280 motor and I like the EPS the best. It's a cheaper motor too. 47" wingspan, 7" chord. AUW is 9 ounces with the DXA and 370mAH NiMHs.

The wings are in two pieces and the landing gear comes out with a single bolt. The battery is accessed through a hatch in the bottom. I have no idea of a price but it shouldn't be too bad.

Is this the same one as the (ahem) SoarBack?

Rough Idea of availability? (Christmas, and all...)

Very nice! But...must...finish...miniflash first!

Is it really going to be after xmas? My dad lives in Boulder and could just toss a plane off the deck into a nice valley with a steep downslope...I'm trying to decide what to get him because it would be an awesome place to fly as long as you stay above the trees!

Very cool. By that time (hopefully) I'll have enough money. Thats really cool. It has the cowling of a SB a wing like the DS and pretty cool tail surfaces! Fire up the laser cutter!!!!!

Sheesh Doug, you're designing them waaayyyy faster than I can buy them. I'm at least 4 planes behind now. I need a raise.
Great looking plane. It'll look great beside my DuskFuse.
