click, click, clickety click goes servo after rebuild of Apache AH-64 4-ch

After the 4in1 caught fire and also burned main motor I have a new motor and 4in1. After putting it back together I'm getting the 1st servo doing its moves but then goes into this clickety clickety deal. Like its wanting to turn further but having a problem. Has anyone any idea where I can go to tune a rebuilt Apache please? Also when I attach the battery I get a red/green blinking LED which doesn't go a steady RED but goes out?
Any ideas anyone please?

Hi,
Did you get the servos back in correctly?
And do the control inputs follow the drawing I sent you?

The 4in1 light should go green, not out... hows the battery? was it damaged in the fire?

Check your connections match this picture of my 4in1.

There are 2 connectors at the top with 3 wires )black, red, white) - these are the servos
Top connector is to servo 2 - the one on the left - looking at from the tail
This control the Aileron (on my apache) C+D movement on the drawing
The second is servo 1 - the one on the right - looking from the tail
This controls the pitch A+B movement on the drawing

Do you controls produce the same servo movements?

The bottom 2 connectors (black and red) are each for the motors.

Hope this is of some help.

Hi and thanks. Yes everything appears to your pic. However, the top servo connector says CH1 not 2 as you stated.
Also in order to get the 4in1 to arm [steady green] I have to have the throttle stick at about 5% power. In its full down position it just blinks red!
Does this give anything away?
On connecting the battery my 4in1 led blinks red 3 times then [at 5% power] it blinks green 3 times and then goes steady green.

One last request please drewpyfz6. With the tail closest to you when you left-right the right hand stick [not the power up/down] which servo moves. the one nearest the nose on the left or the one on the right nearest the tail and yourself.
This would help a lot. I can't work out the drawings etc. Sorry.

Hi turnbui,
Really sorry for the late reply, been away for a while.

Anyway to answer your last question:

I think my controls are a little non standard - the lateral movement behaves reversed to what is the 'norm'. i.e. my left stick controls Aileron and the right stick controls the rudder.

Moving the left stick (Aileron) moves the servo on the left of the helicopter, looking from the tail to cockpit.
The right stick (Rudder) speeds the lower blade and slows the upper blade.

Hope this is the answer you were after, if I can help further, please let me know and sorry for the drawing not being clear - it was to help me...

Regards,
