Hi Steve,
Try again, or contact www.caliberhobby.com for availability of the E-starter kits. It seems they need couple of days to update the site. Chen |

Why should we have to contact some website we know nothing about. Why can't we just have the ability to go to our local hobby store and buy what we need? If GWS is not going to make there product readily available then why should we the public have to go out of our way to find your product?
It seems the only place you want to refer to or supply is caliber hobby. Why is that? |

Tom,
See below link and post from GD. The factory is not making the old airplanes fast enough. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...36#post8389336 Quote:

after 2 1/2 months I called the hobby shop and canceled the order for my 3 -E Starters and had them order 2 of these instead, I all ready have the Easy Glider I bought a year ago and was really impressed the way it fit and the quality parts they gave with the kits
http://www.bphobbies.com/view.asp?id...5&pid=A3237680 should be her tues, 20 bucks more and 6 to 8 ounces heavier but really well made and strong, Elapor foam, I have their Glider and it says to use that epoxy and a spray but there is one thing I will use on the plane to build it, The GWS glue holds great on this with the glue push the part together and pull apart and wait for ten minutes or more and puh back together its done. also will use the GWS gear box with a stick mount I wish GWS used this foam, its tougher than nails, to get a dent out just pour hot water over the dented area and it will swell back out to where it was, squash the front, no problem pour hot water over the nose, it will swell back out, we have nosed the Easy glider straight in and hit poles and end over end , hot water and maybe some more GWS glue in a glue joint and back flying |

Thanks for the product update on the features that have improved the use by new fliers. And people like me who will always be a new flier.
If the delays are in this Hot Water material, I am all for it. However, American hobby shops need plenty of STUFF for the Christmas deliveries. That should be the first priorty, after filling all other orders, GWS can go back to the new material. I WANT MY TOYS !!!!!!!!!!!!! No excuses. |

If you spread the GWS contact cement really thin ..I mean really really thin.. by the time you spread the cement on the second half the first half is ready. I use a 1/4" or 1/2" wide Paint brush...by the time I finish cleaning the brush with alcohol...(1 or 2 minutes) both halves are ready for joining....saves ya about 8 to 12 minutes of waiting and about 2 to 3 grams of weight |

It seems the only planes you are coming up with now are Warbirds. It sure would be nice if you could come up with something besides oldstyle Warbirds and Jets. What ever happened to IPS sized models like the Tiger Moth, Pico Stick, pico Fuse. Are you ever going to build another IPS sized plane or have you just gone completely away form that size plane? Not all of your customers fly Warbirds. |
