While working in a call center, I had a caller named Judith Nazi. She pronounced it Nasi, of course, but the whole time I was talking to her, I kept thinking:

The word "Judith" literally means "Jewish Woman" in Hebrew. What kind of name is that, and why wasn't she in court on her 18th birthday?!

My sister in law works in a hospital. A women recently in having her baby heard the word "Meconium" during the process and thought it was a good name for the baby.

I will let you look up the meaning if you don't already know what it is.
