The pic does show both views. Ron figured out what the rubberband does. Gee, I can't believe that anyone thought the rubberband was part of the retract.

I was only kidding about the rubber band Larry. I guess it came off a little too "dry" without a smiley.

Messing around aside, you gear does look nice.

OH I like all the set screws. I assume the struts slip over the gear wire from the retracts.

What size wire, and can the struts be drilled out to fit larger wire?

Are these items listed on your web site yet?

Tam,

The prices are good. You are going to catch lots of fish. Order placed, many more to follow after testing.

The struts are beautiful, they really improve the looks of the Spark! I ordered mine with brakes and the new struts slipped on my existing Tam retracts with no problem. Only required a little trimming on the gear opening. I haven't quite finished, something came up Saturday when I was almost finished. But I will get time to finish in the next couple of days I hope. It really doesn't take long at all to install them. I'm VERY happy with the quality and price! Nice job again Tam!

Kevin,
I was working on the L-39 over the weeken and try to fit my struts to spring air gear.
The spring aircylinder not allow enough clearence.
Hans end change out the spring air and get my complete gear upgrade package.
We weight his spring set up and my to compare the weight different. Both come out the same weight. But my with struts.
I'm fishing.........

You'll have a hard time making them fit the 301's and still have enough meat on them to handle landings. Theres just not enough clearance on the 301's for anything much thicker than wire.
