See the little open slot under the wing are matching the pre-molded spar or per-molded channel, so your wing is 100% normal.

Ming the spar location in the picture you posted clearly shows the longer spar is parallel to the leading edge. This is not the case in my wing or the other gentleman's. When was this revision done? This is just a question, not an accusation of any sort.

This picture took when we just launch this glider few year ago.
We did adjust the spar position because the leading edge too thin no suitable for pre-molded internal spar.

Thanks for the clarification Ming. So the wings with the long spar that is not parallel to the leading edge is the newer wing. Good to know.

but it makes it very very stiff and strong.

Maidened it today. It's a high performance plane. It doesn't like to
fly slowly, and will tip stall with those thin tips if you do. But get
the airspeed up, and it's smooth and very quick. I ended up DSing it
for most of its two flights, and it was hanging with the likes of
a freshy JW60. It's deceptively fast. Something about the
profile makes it look like it's going slower than it is, but it was
smoking right along. It was a bit squirly sometimes but probably a
combination of rates being a bit too high, CG back a bit too much, and lack
of ail differential. I didn't bother to fix any of those things, and it still went
very fast and sounded great. Ended the day with a mid-air with a combat
wing at DS speeds, and needs some repairs to the broken spars in
the middle of one wing, but is otherwise fine. It's not a combat plane
but I'm happy with it so far.

can i ask please what type of hinge material did you use?
many thanks RCT

Is the wing joiner connected to these spars now?
