another "help a noob identify his piece of junk" thread

Hello all,

about 1 week after i got my first rc plane ( a small plasic and foam electric) I found this fuse and wing on the side of the road. I would love someday to get it into the air. can anyone identify it or give me any place to start. I have been looking online for days but can't find anything.

the wingspan is about 71" and the construction is balsa and ply. it is covered with a monokote like covering except for the white parts of the wing which are some type of fabric.

It has the tray for the electronics inside and fixed landing gear under the wings. The tail wheel turns with the rudder and all the control rods are installed, but there is no cowl or canopy and no front wheels.

just came across a couple planes called RYAN. I think it is one or them. not sure which one. help me out......

thanks,

Chris

It was sitting on the side of the road in front of a house with a "free" sign on it. There were no cars in the driveway and I didn't think about trying to contact anyone at the time. Kinda too late now. It was several hours drive from where I live.

Wonder what the husband said when he got home from work and found that his wife had cleaned up his workshop again?

Maybe we can identify where he found it by looking in the newspaper for "Woman murdered..."

Reminds me of a GP Ultrasport with 2 pilots instead of one. Nice looking AC anyhow.
