Purely on looks & fun factor... Blackjack. Don't have one myself, but I have just converted the NQD 1 meter Lamborghini look-a-like cat to brush less. It moves. It handles. It's a world of fun. I actually used the motor & speedie from the SuperVee 27. Already thinking of trying the Electrifli Ammo motor in it.
But if you want to race you might find that the SuperVee would be more popular. Talk to your local club & join up .They will be more than willing to advise on the classes, and it's more fun.
Regards,
Paul.

I love my SV 27. It flies at 41.4 mph on Lipos and Octura M-445 prop. I was thinking about the Blackjack 26, but was put off because it appears to slow down significantly in turns.

I've read most of the reviews on the SV27, it tends to flip over when turning easily. Is that true? Anybody has a black jack brushless here ?

If she's not setup correctly, she will croc role when turning at WOT or blow-over on straights; just like any hull. The spec (stock) BL Blackjack doesn't reach the speeds that the spec SV does. I run WOT on reg course and M-course (with diff prop). Croc roll occurs when using larger props and hitting throttle too soon off corners and when cornering too tightly.

On ideal water (light chop), M445 prop, Elite4200s (12cells) will yield about 7 min (on broken-in packs) at WOT, letting up a tad on corners. Also dependant on how old or new the packs are.

This is FE. That provides +37mph (spec minus the prop). The NQD does maybe 10mph. But it makes a great retrieval boat with the sponsons.
