The flat hull would be ok too .

The only thing I would suggest is that the inlets to the fans should be above the wing and start ahead of the trailing edge , don't want any water in there !!

I am very interested in your flight results as I am considering a similar project.

lol that's not being pushy, your just really excited thanks! If all goes well,I'm gonna solder up the second motor tomorrow morning, attach the verts,if I keep going at it Monday or Tuesday, provided I'm allowed to fly it off the retention pond I'm shooting for,but will do a grass maiden to I think,to test the flight controls and see if it needs improvement, power should not be a problem, should be around 400 watts combined

oh and btw Lake, I love your aquacat, spitfire, pusher bipe? and RV-6.

Practicality over styling

changed the tail to a conventional raised almost t tail, will be using elevons and rudder with a water rudder that will fling away to run on grass, also moved the tip floats a good 4 inches in from the tips.

Elevons on the wing? I'm not sure that's going to work too good on a tailed airplane.

Sorry to keep you guys waiting. I tested the motors and I don't think they will take the load of 32 amps for very long, and the esc's even get very hot and being unemployed right now I can't afford new motors. I will try to cut the throttle EPA down and see how that goes. Again sorry
