Hi Guys,

I need your help.

I have filed a complaint with IC3 (FBI Internet Fraud) and with the Attorney General for the State of New York, against Excel Hobby and Yuejin2002 on E-bay, implicating Yue-jin Lu and Jerry Lu for items not received from a sale on E-bay.

IC3 has asked for a list of people who have bought from Excel Hobby, NewYork Grace or Yuejin2002 and never received their items.

They need your name and mailing address, or phone number, or e-mail address.

To keep your info private and confidential, pm me here on RCgroups or email me directly, (do not post your contact info on this page for all to see).

On E-bay, in the past six months there has been over 40 people who have left negative feedback for "items not recieved" (most remain unresolved) involving Yuejin2002 alone, some of these people are members of RCgroups, RCCanada, RCUniverse and Wattflyer, to mention a few.

It's time to show these frauds that there are laws and consequences.
If anyone would like to file a complaint with IC3 against the sellers mentioned on this page and need their contact info, I'd be more then happy to share what I've got.

You should be able to email all of those people on ebay and let them know what is happening, I bet more than a few will respond.

Would recieving wrong/broken items count as well?

I am working on that list as we speak, I have four people on board now, out of ten e-mails, (not bad), only got 30 or so to go.

Sorry Tom, I don't think it counts for the IC3 claim, but it should be good for the Attorney General, Consumer Fraud and Protection Bureau.
I'll check into it and get back to you on that.

Time to get back at it, only 30 to go. :-(

Can't you just copy and paste your message and send it to them all?

Looks like I have the rest of the day off. E-bay only allows you to contact 5 members per day. and just when I found a short cut too, (copy and paste) :-( Good thing I started Friday night, 15 down, 35 to go.

Copy and paste to a text editor so that you can get them all the same. EAch person should be able to send their details to the FBI as long as they include the case number, that way they don't think you are phishing for information. Might be worth verifying with the FBI to makes sure this is possible.

Sounds like a good idea, I'll check and see if it well work. It may get the shy people to respond.

Well I checked it out on the IC3 web page, in order to enter new info, you have to login with a case file and password.

The case file can't even be viewed without a password.

I did manage to download a pdf copy of the claim, but I would have to block out a lot of sensitive info before I could pass it on for someone else to see.

I think the best way to get these guys is to have everybody file their own claim with IC3, but at some point they will have to trust others in order to share info if they want to make a stronger case.

Anyone is welcome to use my name and e-mail address as a victim contact, if filing a claim with IC3 against yuejin2002 or Excel Hobby.

I will ofcourse send a complete, uncensored copy of the IC3 file to those that have a legitimate claim against yuejin2002/NY Grave or Excel Hobby, in trade for their contact info.

With this file they can compare notes and file their own claim with IC3, if they wish.
