We have radar gun at our club. I think I will track my Revolver next time it is out there and see what it really does. Thanks for your info Kent.

the tacon 46 with a 12x6 prop will only put out about 1100 watts, surely that cant be enough to get this plane upto 120, unless i am missing something

im easily getting 120 on the rimfire 46, 6s5000, and a 12x8 xoar prop. If this guy is getting 120 I bet im at 123-125mph. im at 2100 watts and 92 Amps. Def. pushing the motor but so far so good. Im also easy on the high speed bursts. 5-7 seconds WOT. then let it cool for 90 sec.

hes a 1900 watts at 80amps measured in flight, not static...static watts on the motor with an 12x6 prop will be more in the range of 2400

Your probably right, but I am using a 13X10 prop and the thing is fast enough for me.

so i flew my revolver last week on the turnigy t600, i ended up using the wrong type of prop adapter which actually sheered my motor shaft off...i have since then switched over to the rimfire 46 on a 12x6 master airscrew k series prop..she sounds awesome..top speed measured at 110mph, very happy with this setup, the batteries come back barely warm and i get about 6-7 mins of flight time

A Rimfire 50cc should do the trick.
