I have to agree in part,the plastic hub types are downright dangerous at rpms above 8k as my metal workshop wall will prove  .
but in all fairness the newer metal hub type made by Hy and also stocked by United Hobbies are a different animal and have a 2.8mm collet wich i use a 3mm reamer on. cheers. ps they set up good for pushers also by reversing the blades.
