Looks pretty good for an arf b17...its a chunk of change for 4 brushless motors and speed controlers..

maybe this could work:

4 esc's at $17.45 each, $69.80:

4 motors at $15.95 each, $63.80:

Total cost in ESC and Motors is $133.60

Theres not much info on the site. Foam or balsa? Price? I bet some of the UH brushless combos would work well for it. Dirt cheap too.

By looking at some of the other planes they carry, it seems to be the same ARF's as what Nitromodels have, so maybe they'll be the 1st to get them here in the US.

the size and weight looks pretty good...not sure if it would be worth it to rework the scale compromises...

the pics look to be fake.

Id love a reasonably priced B17 , wood or foam.

There's no price anywhere for it yet, I did email them last night about pricing, USA distributors, and a time frame, hopefully I'll get a reply today. The pics look like a stationary model superimposed over a background, and not of it flying.

Looks like they put retract on it but non-scale one.
Scale retract the two main wheels goes forward semi-retracted into the two inboard engine nacelles.

The model instead put the most simple inward retract (look under the main wing)

eam.net has one...but its a kit more then an arf. It is electric though and is 72" wingspan and is very scale. Check out Bomberguy's plane here on rcgroups. Cedarhobbies also has produced one(i have this one and am working on making it look much more scale then the version I got last year). Mnay improvements have been made by Cedarhobbies to this plane since then. It is 78" wingspan and it is an ARF....its large enough to put scale retracts in while keeping motor sizes reasonable. Im using 4 x Power 10's on 3s(but might try 4s as well).

ball turret is mislocated...ailerons are too long...rear gunner compartment is missing...tailwheel location is also non-scale...it looks likes a balsa and lite ply kit...i'll wait for the green air design's version as it's a foamy...

The pictures have been photoshopped, it's easy to tell on the last two..

However, the kit looks like it may have some potential..

Would make it difficult to modify it so the wheels extend past the LE, making it very diffcult for grass fields, unless you fly from a golf course.
