In a 13oz Wild Wing and using a APC 5.5x4.5E I get great speed (85-95+) and not quite unlimited vertical. The 6x4 is not nearly as fast. Also, that motor can take a 6x5.5 with proper cooling, but my cheap batteries (TrueRC1500s) couldn't supply enough current so my top speed was less with the bigger prop. Need some 2100s and a 25amp ESC to be safe... but then that defeats the weight savings.
I had a LSPJ on a 19oz F-15, it was fast, but not spectacular - I was using the 6x4 however. I am installing the 2212-06 this weekend to compare (better thrust numbers, I don't need any more speed but I do need the thrust). It'll probably push up the AUW over 20oz though. I'm putting one on a glassed Terry (don't know AUW yet) also so I will have more data for different weights soon.
Your plane looks great by the way...
