Castle Creations customer service!
I just wanted to wave the flag for Castle Creations. No, I'm not a schill...... I just got though with a beta test of a new Blue Angels Formation Flyer:
The kit supplier included a Thunderbird 18A esc that started to smoke immediatly upon connecting to a power source. Castle Creations immediatly upon hearing of the problem sent out a new one with a prepaid postage return envelope for the defective one.
This was my first dealing with Castle Creations and let me tell you something......My profession is high ticket retail sales and customer service training. You folks at Castle Creations understand legendary customer service, you've sold me and I'm a tough audience.

I have to agree. Most of my ESCs are from CC. I've only had one problem with an esc, sent it back for a replacement. They called a couple of days later, talked about it for a bit, and sent a replacement.
