Question
Any1 own an OFF-ROAD track

I was just wondering if any1 on here owns a hobby shop and a track. Just kinda want to know how much u make in a year. Im 12 and was thinking of starting a shop with a track in back or something. But I dont know if it is as good as it seems. Just wondering. Dont want any1 to think im beeing to private. Well Thanks.

Unless the scene in your local area is HUGE... its hard to make much money running a hobby shop (AKA just R/C's... you have to sell alot of other junk too... just to pay the bills) And as for the track, it doesnt add much revenue to the buiz! From what I understand (from talking to the owner of my LHS) he makes most of his money on parts and "hop-up's" b/c to stay competitive with the online market, he cant mark up the kits or RTR's, so he makes his money off ppl who break parts!!!

ya thanks i gess thats 1 good reson to have a tuf track then the cars might break more.LOL
