I have both sitting in a box, so I have no direct experince building or flying them. But they are made by Flying Stryo, so do a search on it. Here is a link with the results of a "flying stryo f16" search.

Flew my F/S F-16 twice today.
It's 7th & 8th flight. Been playing with CG placement and control throws. (worst problem)Still very pitch happy even with taileron movement cut to 40% but it's getting better. Vasa55 w/speed300 on 7 500ARs gives just enough power but I could use more. The little speed300 sized brushless motors would be the way to go. Gets pushed around by the 10-15mph winds here. Seems very resistant to tip stalls. Landing into the wind it just about stops in midair. Put tape inside the entire nose/battery section back to the wing spar to reinforce the foam otherwise it cracks apart on landings. Once I've finalized the control throws I'll post my findings. This is the most difficult to fly/setup r/c aircraft I've ever flown. I like it! Bruce |

i have been flying the a-7 for about 3 months now. it flys well with the speed 300 and 7 cells. even better with the little brushless 280 16 turn. mount the fan all the way to the rear of the fuse (before tailcone). the last couple of flights were with hecell nimh cells. much better flight time. look for an ezone review in the not too distant future

Here's mine. Been flying for awhile now on a Vasa 55. Having used both the Wemotec micro and the 55 I'd have to say that the Vasa is lighter, uses less cells and produces more power. The amp load on the sp 300 is high at 12 amps and I'm on my second motor, but it moves the plane well. I don't think the micro would do as well.
Here's a link to the mods I did for this plane on the EAM EAPG site. Steve http://eapg.org/Reference/FS-F-16/FS-F-16.htm |
