For Sale
Grumania EUROFIGHTER and Wren44 100%NEW

Hello, I decided to drop my Eurofighter project and to focus on the smaller Lambert turbines to built more 1 to 2 kg jets (after my "Kero-Twinjet", I am now building a "Kero-Aeronaut Panther" .

So... here are the details on my Kit FOR SALE :

- I sell 2000€ my Wren44 "full autostart" UNPACKED

- and... 625€ ( half price) my Grumania Kit, including JET A1 Gear. It is for 10 to 16lb Turbines.

Everything is in Bruxelles, but I go often to Paris

The Kit was invoiced as follow by Grumania for 1250€ :

- Kit Eurofighters 610€
- 1 sets of Microtracts retract units ( Jet-1A) 220€
- 2 electronic valves ( JetTronic) 110€
- 2 main legs,( trailing leg, Jet-1A) 75€
- 1 nose legs ( Jet1A) 35€
- 2 Brakes with brake pads % nipple ( Jet-1A) 43€
- 2 units 60 mm wheels ( Jet1A) 66€
- 1 unit 60 mm light wheels ( nose wheels,Eurokit ) 6€
- 1 air bottles small with nipples ( Jet-1A) 12€
- 1 decal sets Eurofighter 49€
- 1 Pilots , 1/9 Eurofighter

hera are some pics (the formers are NOT installed yet in my kit. The picture of the "inside" of the fuse was provided by Grumania):

I weighted the complete Kit. Here are my results:

Fuselage (spιcial lighter version) + Access door = 800 gr
2 wings uncovered = 840 gr
formers = 280 gr
canards = 50 gr
Accessories pack+wing spar+canopit= 430 gr

-------------------------------------------------------------- Total kit = 2400 gr

Wren44 = 680 gr
Accessories + lipo = 300 gr
Airtrap tank + Coke bottle + tumbling = 100 gr

-------------------------------------------------------------- Total propulsion = 1080 gr

3 retracts legs (trailing wheels type) = 108 gr
2 jet tronic valves = 64 gr
3 wheels = 130 gr
3 Jet A1 retracts mechanism (the light one normaly used in the SU-27) + brakes = 210 gr
Air bottle = 30 gr

-------------------------------------------------------------- Total retract system = 530 gr

5 servos = 200 gr
2 rx = 60 gr
Rx Batterie + switches + accessories = 130 gr

------------------------------------------------------------ Total RC system = 390 gr

Covering + painting = 150 gr
Glue + micelanous = 150 gr

------------------------------------------------------------ Micelanous = 300 gr

TOTAL DRY WEIGHT = 4700 grammes

So, the Weight saving over the "standard grumania" version is 650 grammes (dry weight): “light” Fuselage: 100gr + Wren 44 instead of 54 : 400 gr + SU27 retract: 150 gr

well, this is an option.

You can get in this case:

- The Eurofighter Kit
- The decal set
- The pilot

for 350€

Regarding the Fuselage, be aware that I already did some work on it:

- Opening for the noze gear.
- Reducing the height of the tail and cuting the ruder to make it operational (this can be easily retrofited)

My concern is of course the shippement of such a big plane. The fuse is 140cm long. So a pickup is really the best solution. I am in Bruxelles. I come sometime to paris.

Inlet ducts are used for EDF

here it is a Turbine, so No inlets are needed.
