Yes 3 here! Funny looking hinges if you ask me, i am new to this though and my only experience of building gliders is a windrider fox. Not exactly hard.

Those circular hinges work fine and are meant to be CA'd into position mine have had 3 years of wear an tear and no fatigue in sight.

Has anyone else experienced the wings not meeting at the fuse properly?

My right wing sits nice and flush against the fuse,however the left has a 4mm gap at the rear of the wing.

I have tried opening the small holes up a bit allowing the pins more room to maneuver with no affect

Could it be the tube for the steel rod slightly out of true, causing this?

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated

Mine dont meet up well, but if it was the spar then both sides would be out not just the one

Thanks for that, i put a tip tie in and it pulled in to about 2mm

Nearly there now, just got to pick up a battery/2 servos/extension leads and a pilot!

What did you use to glue the 2 parts of canopy together with?

Personally I used double sided tape first time then made it permanent with Tarzans Grip
I'm pretty sure thats available in the UK ?
