What happened here in US, there was a Time when I'd go online and get all the GWS parts and planes I wanted, now all the stores ( Local and Online) are always out of stock and back ordered.

I need EDF-64 Blades (the new ones, with set screws) Like now!!!
I build Beautiful GWS 262 and on first flight (this morning) a real dragonfly goes through the fan and all blades on Impellor are gone.

Come home this morning and all Vendors...and I do mean "all" are out of these parts....and for some time too!

when is the next cargo box due into the U.S.?

5 minute flight, and now no more flying until I have a $4.00 part

PS great flyer the 262 ...would recommend if it parts were more available
but since the impellors are fragile I can't recommend until many more impellors are here in the U.S.

Yes! Don't forget GWS has float can be equipped on most airplanes, yet we are working on many sea-planes.

MR LIN.... GWS USA is completely out of the new EDF 64 300H Fan Impellors

it almost appears that they are the weak link in the 262 power system with a very "HIGH FAILURE RATE" hence the high need and low stock status.

any bug strike or slightly out of balance shaft or impellor and woof....its toast
maybe R7D could look into making them just a wee bit more durable...but I agree cost must be kept down too....so Please we need them bad over here

What can GWS Taiwan or China do to help us AXIS weenies out?

I told Craig (in e-mail) I would buy 20 of them and pay shipping from China to get them faster than by boat and through customs

We are not try to take away LHS' business. But we need to show the products arround the RC fileds, let those shop owners feel: To see is to believe!

I know the RC business is very difficult to make mine what should be instock, due to too many bad products flood the market!

I remember Horizon's not wanting to order too many Zero Fighters when they were new....now they are everywhere

Also in talking with My LHS along time ago he won't deal with anybody that won't ship C.O.D. he used to do this and when item was broken distributor would say too bad you get money from the shipper.

when Horizon sole distributor ship gone many parts not in stock with horizon at all.

....in a way this is all just growing pains for GWS.....the supply train was stopped for a while when GWS move to China...it will take a while to get the train moving again.

In the meantime I finally did find some fan units with the impellors and bought 3 which are here now, my 262 is fixed and I have a backorder with EPYAYA for 10 more.

I think until fan is balanced perfect they will break from rubbing on fan shroud

I now have two more to play with, I hope I don't need them

I guess this the reason why GWS have to start the "Lonely Birds" programe.

GWS do not intend to take away LHS' business, but we do need to promote our products to be shown in RC fields, so flyers may seeing and asking the LHS booking the orders!

In such a big country USA, only a few hundreds LHS has carry GWS products. I feel shame this brought to you so much inconvenience to get GWS!

However, bad time is also your good time!?

My LHS is the only R/C aircraft hobby shop in my town period no other store have any kind of aircraft parts or supplies. They used to stock alot of GWS now lucky to see anything at all. This is a very said state of affairs for me and many others in my city as alot of people in my area that I know and fly with like the GWS products but have a hard time getting ahold of them. I have and have had a few GWS planes and getting parts is a real pain. It has caused the dumping of a few planes B-2 and DC-3 for starters because I could not find spare fuse's or wings to get them airborne again.
