If you are willing to build:
http://www.skybench.com/slnost.html Some good old stuff here-real floaters that could easily be converted to e-flight reasonably cheaply as they are light. I have an Aquila Grande (123") that performs well with a Jeti 30-3, so you don't have to go too exotic to eliminate a winch or hi-start. |

Hey now,
once you get some idea what you actually want, you could look on RCSE for used models. I often see very fine rigs for sale at low prices. I got a RnR Millenium with digi servos for two hundred, it had some wing and fuse damage, but a bit of glass work and some paint, and you'd never know it'd been crashed. You often find pristine stuff too, but not as cheap. Nice full set ups for $300- $700. Extreme high end stuff of course goes a bit higher... RobII |
