Help with receiver choice for GWS Slow Stick?

Hi all,

Silly question, but I have a 4 channel Rx and want to upgrade to 6 channel for doing some AP and things. The Rx I have is shown below, and I'm not entirly sure if the crystal is of the "Naro" type.

Would the following Rx (listed below) work with this crystal i already have, in combo with my Futaba Skysports 6A Tx:

eBay Item

Thanks!

Jules

check with the hitec site

the shift is correct (negative)

GWS single conversion Pico and Naro rx's use UM-3 crystals

if the feather uses UM-3 you'll be okay

Sorry Chuck, I'm confusing things!
My questions are...
1. Would i be able to operate the following Rx with my Futaba Sky Sports 6A radio?
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...ADME:B:SS:UK:1

2. If not, then any advice on where to find a 6 channel very small Rx for use in park flyer? e.g. any popular ones on eBay?

thanks!

J

okay the only thing you have to think about
is the shift of the radio frequency

JR and Airtronics are in the positive shift of the frequency

Hitec and Futaba are in the Negative shift

so yes, any RX that is "negative shift" will work with your Futaba

in fact the one shown in the first auction pic says its for Futaba, Hitec

if it had said for JR the answer would be no.
