Try It! You'll like it! Just came back from flying the Spit. Great flight bad bad landing My fault tried to plyon turn into final and it spun in No big deal can repair . The more I fly this design I think I will make another Spit but double the fuse nose to wing te with 1/64" ply. I been picking relatively soft 1/8 balsa and on impact it will tear front to back along the fuse. The ply will keep this from happing next time. Though by the laws of physics something else has to give.

What version of the GWS motor did you use in the 109?
I wish I could build that fast! The models look great :-)
