Khan - just start melting lead, and pouring it into the jart. Thats a start at least.

As much fun as flying in 100km/h winds might be, remember that you will eventually have to attempt to land!

its nice and soft now too , so wont hurt the nose. Its just the wings slamming into
the ground after the nose is buried that worries me.

Stanwell, 68 knots gusting 90 knots, holly dont open the car doors or you will be needing lead for it to
Hopefully the trees in the landing zone will be blown out of the ground .

went up to Max Gust 167 km/h just a little while ago. But the direction is excellent.!
It has not rained there in the last 1/2 hour but they think it may get windy in the next 6 Hours.......

WE DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rain wouldnt let up so we flew anyway.
It was like having ice needles driven into your eyes.

The Ridge Racer bounced a little hard on landing, so wont be back tomorrow, but the Jart behaved like a lady, and even landed perfectly at our feet, conventional style.

So, whose up for Saturday at Otford?

Been advised the wind gusts were over 160 knts..........and WE FLEW!!!!!!!!

I spoke to the national parks officer yesterday regarding site approval, which is ok, just have to do the paper work.
He did mention that some one was reported to have been ring barking trees or cutting down trees at the north slope. He told me that if he finds that it is a member of NSWSSA then we WILL loose the site for good.
So if you see anyone or know of anyone thinking of doing it then put your green hat on attack them with a chain saw . Its only a short stint in jail and I am told that the lift off the walls is pretty good and in any direction .

Glenn
who is putting petrol in the chain saw now.
