EXCELLENT decals!!!!
I'm from Greece as well. I've visited HobbyWorld last December and I bought a futaba memory upgrade and a FSK F-16!!!
HobbyWorld is a great rc-shop!!! The site is fantastic as well. Probably the best rc-online-shop in Greece!!!

100 amps seems really high. Will be great to see it flying. Wondering how much weight it can carry as far as batteries are concerned. Not sure if wing area is great enough for good flight with 6s 4500 pack.
Would be interested in putting in a set of spring/air retracrs. Looks like it should be pretty easy.

For any one who wants to see the "Graupner" Mirage's little brother, check out Jürgen Heilig's video. (It's my model.) Yes, it's not as cool, but it displays good potential. Additionally, the model is from the same foamie mold that Graupner will sell, but it's painted differently and has slightly different internal components.

One of my display team flew this model a couple of weeks ago at a show in the UK - it had been sent to the distributor we fly for.

Not sure of the specs, but it flew real nice - not too fast. It presented a little like a DF Avonds F15 in the air, i.e. looks like a much bigger model.

Can't comment on the hardware, it had already been built when I saw it.

Went away from a handlaunch beautifully...

What is the overall weight of the Mirage with and without retracts. Do they affect climbrate and performance signifficantly?
Could the speed thas is reported in the mid range be improved by another fan?

The holes in front of the fans are not a "must", arenīt they? I think, in flight enough air should be get trough the intakes as provided. They are rather large.

I've had real problems getting the F22 to fly. Thrust to weight ratio is nearly 1:1 with the recommended motor and a FlightPower 5S3700 Evo30 pack. We moved the CG progressively further and further back but still would not climb from a bungee launch. Really frustrated. Anyone flying the F22 successfully? If yes, please explain setup, CG and post video/pictures.

Mirage is proving great fun. Flown it so much was suffering from hanger rash so painted it again. Looks a little meaner which I think is a good thing...

I modified the rear fuselage so I could easily replace fan rotors. Need to find some black tape to neaten it up and a cockpit set. What air retracts would be good for this size model?

On 5S with the 1800KV motor not that quick by modern standards. Sub 100mph by a little bit unless out of a dive. Hard to tell without something to measure it.

1.4m wingspan BAE Hawk and F-86 are on the way from FlyFly. Arriving this month apparently. Hawk has my name on it.
