An apc 5.5/4.5 is the one of choice.

One quick note on 3M 90, or any type of spray adhesive; using it in a well ventilated area is good, but you also need to use either a dust mask made for fiberglass or drywall sanding, or even better, a cartridge respirator with a particulate filter. This way you can avoid the "3M Flu" that comes from breathing in the particles of glue.

Not yet... I am currently working my way up to them. I have a couple of stryker Cs, a pair of unbuilt multiplex Twin Jets, and just bought a Multiplex funjet that should break 100. I really want to fly a TL, but don't think I am ready, and not sure if I can do the build on it. Only been doing RC since Dec of 06, and spent half that time fighting (not flying) helis. The glassing process has kept me at bay so far, but I am sure I will do one in the future. The little stryker, while not all that fast, is much faster than anything else i fly. The speed hook has been set and I am being reeled in. Something about that low fast pass and the sound of the motor.

Dont let that stop you it is fairly simple and hard to make a real mistake..

Flying at 120 to 140 on the other hand takes some time to get used to it..
