Possible Demon 40" for sale

Just wanted to gauge interest in a possible Demon 40" for sale. This is not a Demon lite, it's a standard Demon. All built, ready to fly, all electronics and a set of batts. It wouldn't be cheap but it's quite a bird.

ebay, they are a few $ each. you also need to get a LED driver for them and a heatsink. 10w is way too much, at full power they will burn straight through the lam.

Thanks! It's become my go-to scheme, just primer that gives a nice even finish and a little color to make it "pop".

+1 I love that look and am nearly ready to paint my second zeph.
What is the best filler at this point? I used some spakle I had on my first build and the lam wouldn't stick to any of the spar sections of it lol.... I got a decent smooth finish but im not happy with the lam appearance up close

Plumbers GOOP thinned to warm honey consistency with toluene or a toluene substitute.

To get a good surface for it to attach to I used the above mixture with spackle mixed to a whipcream consistency applied to the hotwired foam. Just tried it on an Elebee2 which due to being molded allows you to forgo the spackle step.

If you used resin, you would lose the benefit of EPP properties. With the GOOP/toluene mixture, it doesn't wrinkle nearly as much as lam does, even after trying to get out the wrinkles in the lam with heat. I doubt this method will take off, it was about a $100 worth of kevlar for this wing. I won't do it any other way though now, I love the results and never liked the appearance of the planes I laminated, no matter how carefully I applied it.
