Here she is, ready for some color!

Looks real nice!! You'll be amazed how much strength the lam film adds.

Just a note, don't do too much paint! I did too much on my Tl50 slice, and it ended up making it way tail heavy. I did a heavy coat of dark blue on the bottom which is what i caused it i think. Most of the surface area is behind the CG, so the more paint, the more weight on the tail...
Just my .02

i look for paints with a high pigment % and use light coats the spary paint starts adding up quick.. I painted the outside of the lam (not recomended) to keep the foam from sucking up too much on the updraft 60

if you lay it on to heavy it will quicly out wieght mono coat and it add's nothing to the strength of the wing so go light.

Some thing else i have played with is dye's like the powederd ritz dye mixed with denatured achohoul (sp) it does a good jog of covering and is lighter once dried..

also not some thing i would do as a first time paint job...

You staying warm..... for the bay area its been cold as all get out... we were supposed to have snow down to 1000 feet but that did not happen things dried up.... (cold for me is under 30 haha)

Thats so it flys good inverted

Color looks good and i see ou kept it off the back end (unless you used white paint, Still looks good...

Looks real nice. I think i might go with a similar approach to keep as much paint off the back as possible on my new Lightning 36 when i paint it.

I have not been sloping in a few months first the storms came in with a south wing then the wind died out them we get rain then no wind... we had a storm coming in today with a nice strong west wind.... And i have to work.... ARRGGHH.....

Hope on Google Earth, find Kitsap County, and tell me which way to start driving.

Current wind is 210 degrees, 21kts gusting 31...
