Where do you get your CX-2 parts from?

Had a really bad crash of the CX-2 this evening. A neighbor was trying it out and the tree plus a header into the concrete driveway bent the inner shaft, outer shaft, fly bar and of course trashed the blades.

Didn't lose ths skids because it hit on the top of the rotor post. Geez !!

Where have you had the best prices/service on replacements?

Thanks

If it was an inexperienced flier, better check your 4-in-1 before placing an order. Just arm it with the gears removed to make sure both motors are still turning. If it was on for a half second after the crash it may have blown the ESC chips.

If you have a local hobby shop, check them first. Keep them in business. Someday they may save you a 2 or 5 day wait on parts.

I agree with Klondikes.

Parts are cheap for this heli and you really don't save a lot by mail ordering
so if there's a LHS nearby, get your parts there.

Thanks Guys.

I appreciate the replies. As for the LHS's are concerned, I didn't think I would be able to get over to the one I like to frequent very soon when I posted yesterday evening. Now it turns out I'll be probably be able to drop in and hope they have all of the things I need.

That seems to be the real problem with most of the stores I go to. There are so many different types of helis out there that they can't keep a lot of parts in stock for all of them.

Maybe E-Flight will make a cheap buddy box for these things sometime.

Thanks again

I get my parts right up the street. after shipping and in some cases tax there is no price savings on parts. if you are always buying the same parts from you local dealer guess what they start caring the parts you need

Support your local HobbyShop if they carry the line...

If they do not and need mail order, check out www.hobbyshopworld.com
