Good service from Mario!!!
Well, I'd heard alot of things about Mario having a good product but bad customer service, not answering e-mail, hard to get ahold of, not shipping etc. However, I am about to complete quite a pleasurable transaction with him. I have been quite a bad customer, modifying my order several times, changing my information, asking him to delay shipment for "new parts" reasons, then asking him to ship earlier... in other words I've put him through the hoops. However each time he has been patient and willing to do what I asked without question. I really appreciate that, I have worked retail and know the patience required to work with demanding customers. He has said shipment will occur next Wednesday, I'll let you know when I recieve it. But as it stands now his customer service skills are excellent! (I didn't put this in consumer advocacy because all the griping has happened here, so the good stuff should happen here as well)
