Very nice pics MB,

I love the two toned paint job on Meatbomer.

I guess he knows about salt water and electronics.

I really think the design is neat and from the images, it looks like it flies as well as it looks. I would be afraid of dropping the transmitter in the sea.

The Puddle just ROWs so easily and also splash and goes are so easy that even flying in the surf is real fun

i didn`t get it very wet, the electronics are mostly pretty well sealed and i`m looking very closely what my ESCs do, i`ll probably rinse them with purified water and WD40. i`m not usually flying in salt water so i`ll be carefull

CorrosionX water proofing

I use corrosionX (red can) to waterproof my ESC's, connectors and other electronics. It provides great water protection. Just spray it on and let the excess drip out of the unit. I have flipped my airplane over several times submerging my ESC's and they had no problem at all; just kept on running. Lewis

Beautiful pictures MB! Itís hard to choose but I think I like #3 the most. The silhouette of a twin engine seaplane flying in the sunset. Just gorgeous.

Thanks for the plans and great pictures. I may try the 66%. Might just be perfect for the pond in my back yard. Just got to keep it away from the gator.

Thanks meatbomber,

But I am German!!! Ha!Ha!
Ya cant wait to fly it. The paint I used on it by the way is that Krylon H2O spray paint and the stuff works great!

And I extented the wing tips a couple of inches also.

Hey thanks skyranger, and thanks for your help with it also!

Ya I wish it were summer allready! Cant wait to fly, got this one and a Taylorcraft 450 e-flight that I just finished getting together to that I would like to put floats on after I get used to flying off the ground first.

Actully that is a cream and blue color, it does look like white thou in the pictures.

ALMOST BIRDSTRIKE !!!

During teh flying session at Lake Biel with Rawy and our Marlins i had a LOT of fun with the Puddle Monster... i also got the first good videos with the flycamone2 (because the temps where high enough )

During one of the touch and go's i had almost a duck-strike !

@Longbike
YOur tipfloats seem to have very little incidentand almost paralell to the fuselage is that true or just because of the pics ? I got the best results by placing the at like 10-15į incident to the fuselage bottom and the hight so that when running on step both floats are out of the water.
