Your computer specs says it all concerning the graphics.

Ultimately, this controller is sufficient for all 2D and most 3D tasks (including mid level 3D games) and is superior to traditional integrated controllers. However, it simply doesn't deliver enough juice for those who want to run the latest and greatest 3D games or 3D animation packages at their full visual potential. Serious gamers and those who deal primarily with 3D animation will likely need to upgrade to a 256 MB or 512 MB video card.

FSOne says the following

Video/Graphics: NVIDIA or ATI graphics card with at least 128 MB VRAM.
NVIDIA: GeForce 6000-series or 7000-series (6600 or better)
ATI: Radeon X-series (X600 or better)

The PC in question is with Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900. It may be a problem, make sure you can return it if it does not work. Sometimes hobby shops will agree to that.

A friend of mine has g3.5 running on a dell with onboard graphics 256mb of ram with a 2.0 ghz CPU - less spec'd pc than yours. we had to turn down the graphics so it wasnt so jittery, so I believe it will work. Just not all the eye candy you would like.
