Hey Doug! Let's see a T-6 Texan!!!

Hi Doug and all T-6 Texan fans . . .

I came across a thread in which Mountain Models Master, AKA Doug Binder , mentioned that he was looking for ideas for a next project (I know, it's never-ending, huh!?!) possibly a warbird/scale aircraft. If this is so, Doug, Let's see a T-6 Texan!

I would love to see a 'Mountain Models edition' North American T-6 Texan with retracts, of course, and hey what could be more fun and popular than the most abundant and most beloved warbird of the airshow/fly-in circuit!?!

All in favor . . . say "Doug, a T-6 please!"

I'm all for it!

I love the T-6 because I took a ride in one about a week ago and loved it but I bet Doug is really busy on the mini Flashbacks.

I dunno why, but I like the look of a T-6, though I think my fave warbird (I didn't know I had one till just now) is a P51.

I have to second the vote for a P51. I haven't found an all-balsa parkflyer kit of a P51 that is 1) an easy build (aka lasercut) and looks good (aka authentic/semi-scale... the Pica is close, but not close enough).

Texan... P-51... anything, really, as long as it's a Mountain Models kit, and I'm happy!
