Fiber-lite.com

Has anyone dealt with http://www.fiber-lite.com/??

I ordered some C/F landing gear Feb. 26th.

I was wondering what there shipping time frame was.
I emailed a few days ago but I get no response. There is no phone number listed on there web site. I know of 1 other person that ordered that same time I did and he has not heard from them also.

I am getting anxious to madien my new plane but would like to put the new landing gear on.

No response. I am tired of dead beat vendors and am filling a claim.

I've ordered gear from them twice. Never tried to contact them but both times received the gear in about 2-3 weeks. From the 26th your only 12 days out. Give it a chance. Many of these small manufacturers have real jobs and provide these excellent products in their spare time. I always try to plan ahead and order specialised products like CF gear way ahead of time. Even Graph-Tech, which has a much larger selection of CF gear than Fiber-lite, took nearly 3 weeks to deliver.

Have patience.

I am ok if they say things are custom made after they are ordered. What I am tired of is the fact they wont respond to emails and they dont say the tihngs on there site are not in stock.

If I sold you a new car, took your money and refused to let tell you when you car was available dont you think you would want to know what is going on.

I have alot of patience I just dont like being ignored after I give you my money.
I used to be a small garage vendor and I never ignored people.

I ordered a set of Funtana gear a few months ago. It took about 2 weeks for them to arrive, but the quality was very nice.

That message was not there when I ordered.

I received a nice email from them via paypal dispute.

"Sorry Dan. We have been moving our shop and haven't been able to answer emails as regularly as we should. We have taken online ordering offline temporarily. We apologize for the inconvenience."


They refunded my money.
I would rather have my landing gear but all is well with me.
