What a great situation. When she gets older, she'll understand mommy didn't want her to exist because she would cost too much, and tried to kill her. Then sued the doctor because he didn't end her existence.

BOSTON --A Boston woman who gave birth after a failed abortion has filed a lawsuit against two doctors and Planned Parenthood seeking the costs of raising her child.

The complaint was filed by Jennifer Raper, 45, last week in Suffolk Superior Court and still must be screened by a special panel before it can proceed to trial.

Raper claimed in the three-page medical malpractice suit that she found out she was pregnant in March 2004 and decided to have an abortion for financial reasons.

Oh, I'm sorry. The coat hook is for 13 year olds and the woman at 45 years old (how the H*** did she get pregnate?) saw a doctor that didn't do his job. I would say she has a case or maybe she needs to approach her local right wing fundimental church group for support.

Actually Bob, most religious folks I have met do not condone abortion. Something about the whole "Thou shalt not kill" thing....

Why didn't she just give the child up for adoption? There are lot's of family that DREAM of having children.
Oh no wait, she can now just sue and win the lotto.

Guess the woman in question never heard of Birth control. Perhaps too spoiled or lazy to bother with it. Decided to take her chances with conception. Like thousands of others, a poor loser. Sad situation.

When it's more important to make the beast with two backs than not not risk the consequences.......kids...or abortions (and failed ones), are what you get when the dice roll favors the house.
