We can only parrot to you what the factory say, and thats no later than the 22nd of this month.
The best would be the 13th.

Here it is April 22, 2007 and guess what my motors are STILL ON BACKORDER. I ordered on February 3, 2007! I have waited 11 WEEKS and now am told by Janice to wait 10 more days! I will not . I have been very patient only because I was not planning on building the model I was going to install these motors in for several months. Well it is almost 3 months now since I ordered and I am very upset. I want an immediate paypal refund to my account for all backordered items on my account which adds up to $42.97. Here is the order number #20014800. I have waited long enough.

Let me speak very frankly about this matter.
I would like to describe the lead times that this factory gives us in one word, 'dodgy'.
I recall a meeting with the factory owner at the start of the year, '10 days maximum' was what we were told before placing our order and paying.
In reality we are getting 4-6 week lead times, with partial orders being filled.
We did receive more 28-35-2700 motors, however it was a partial order and didnt repplenish our stock fully.
If you had it on backorder and can supply your order ID I can check it for you, if it was on backorder it should have been filled by now as we recieved new stock on the 20th.
Might I suggest a change to one of these motors;

Interesting, I just logged into my UH account and now it says my order has been posted.
Yesterday I received this email:
> I'm sorry that this item will arrive in 10days.
>Customer Service Officer
I complain here, and now it is suddenly shipped? Makes no sense to me. Why is my tracking number blank? It says shipped by EMS (I paid form EMS) but no tracking number? Please provide a tracking number so I know it was really shipped, and not simply listed as "posted" to delay for more time.

It has nothing to do with rcgroups or any of the other 50-odd online forums we are discussed in.
Stock arrived recently, as can be seen from the stock level changes. When the stock arrived your order was moved to the print queue. It was then printed and packed.
This is normal procedure.
As I said in the previous post, the motors arrived recently.
Regarding your postage type;
Order 2009113 was EMS, however I think you requested for that ordet to be split.
It was split and in stock items sent EMS.
Order 20014800 was a duplicate. It was sent registered air mail at a cost of $7.00 shipping paid by us.
What I see is an inconsistency in the responses from Janice and the lead times of products.
I will be speaking to her regarding this.

As long as it has been shipped then that is fine. I was very upset as yesterday she told me 10 more days, and when I logged into my account earlier today the order was "unprinted" and "unposted" and the motor showed -7 stock. The order status changed to 'printed' and 'posted' only just a few hours ago.
Thank you for looking into this.

How many motors came in? The backorder quantity for this motor was never large - less than 20 I think. Now the stock qty is -7. Did only 12 motors come in?
(also have this motor on backorder)

I was waiting for this same motor. I requested email notification of when it arrives. I got notification a couple days ago that it was in stock. I immediately went to UH and it was out of stock.?? I gave up on getting it.

You're quite right.
And as I said before, we are only receiving parts of our order from the factory.
We have more of the same motor on order which should be here in 14 days.
Sorry agian for the delays. I know how frustrating it can be to have a plane sitting there waiting for a part before it can be flown.
