conspiracies abound, snubbing of whole segments of the hobby by AMA,
dastardly deeds done dirt cheap...

SIG Error in F3J Article:

As soon as I saw the error in MA, I contacted the magazine's editors
and pointed out the error. A correction is forthcoming in the next
issue. They were quite embarrassed about it. I'm not so concerned
about the error in the SIG name, they got the web URL right
(http://www.silentflight.org).

AMA Questionnaire:

Packing up and withdrawing from AMA isn't going to help your cause; if
you were ignored before, now you're invisible.

Take the lousy questionnaire and in every text box, tell AMA why you
love Soaring. If you don't let your feelings be known, how do you
expect things to change?

As Cap'n Jack said, you want to change things, get involved. Taking
your sailplane and going home isn't hurting anyone but yourself.
