connectors for Shulze speed control
Hello, I am hoping someone here can help me with some information. I just received a shulze speed control that is missing some parts. I know it was supposed to come with connectors to hook it up to the brushless motor. They were missing. I am trying to find someplace where i can buy a comparable connector, or maybe even the same as should have been with it. I know that many times these connectors come already inserted in the speed control, but that is not the case here:-( The female connector is all that is there. I have emailed the supplier, and also Shulze, but I have yet to hear back from either.

Yes, I am sure. On this controller, the female ends are soldered directly to the board. The male ends go on the motor. They are shown in the instruction sheet. If they were there, they would protrude out from the edge of the board about 1/4 of an inch.
They are 100% not there.

Normally they are shipped with the male inserted into the female. Take a pair of needle nose and I'll bet you will find the missing part!
You really need to pull and they are small. But, look again and I'm 99% sure they are there.

JETI uses the same connectors - the 3.5mm bullets. If you need to buy some it's a Hobby Lobby stocked item. I'm sure there are other sources as well.

Gary, you may be 99% sure that they are there, but you would still be 100% wrong. I'm 100% sure they are not there. After emailing the dealer back and forth a few times, I told them not to even worry about it. I got the impression they could have cared less anyway. They just gave me the stock answer that they are already plugged in. I have had similar controllers where that was how they came, but not this time. I have read other people's comments on this particular vendor, and most all seemed to have had decent service from them when things were not right Better than the case was with me, but I'm not going to bad mouth them over one problem. AS long as they didnt pull them out, it's really shulze's fault to begin with. I'm of the opinion that someone at schulze never pluged them in as should have been done. I never did get a reply from Schulze. The connectors only cost $3.50 from Hobby Lobby, so it's not a big a deal. Someone from here emailed me the link to them. The ones from Hobby Lobby will be here in a couple days. Thanks to all that did reply.

Well, that is the first time this year that I've been wrong!
Sorry to hear that they really are not there. If you still need them, I'll call Schulze and get a pair for you and send them to you. Let me know. If you do need them, direct email your address.
Mike, we have screwed around long enough so I just ordered a pair of the males and should have them tomorrow. Fire me your address ASAP.

Gary, Thanks for the offer, but I should be all set up after my order from Hobby Lobby shows up. In Schulze's defense, I received this in the email this morning.< See Below> I can't hold it against them for not giving me a reply, if they never even got my email, and that looks to be the case. Thanks again for the offer Gary. Very nice of you to do so.

Earlier I wrote you an email stating that the connectors going from my speed
control to the motor were missing from the package. After reading over the
instructions some more tonight, I have come to the conclusion that there
must be a package of connectors missing from my speed control. The
instructions imply that there also should be included a battery connector.
Is this right?
Please let me know how I can resolve this problem. I can come up with my
own connectors for the battery, but the ones for the motor are of a type
that I am not familiar with, and have not seen available in hobby stores
around here. If you could point me to somewhere here in The USA where I can
purchase them it would be of a great help to me. I have waited for weeks
to get this controller, and now still can not fly my helicopter because of
the connectors :-(
Also, I dont know if the items were not packed from you, or they fell out at
the shop I ordered it from, But it might not be a bad idea to change the
packaging to a box that does not have holes cut in it.

Mike, they are already on the way and I will have them tomorrow and will mail them to you on Monday which is the earliest time the APO will be open. That means you should have them for next weekend. Enjoy!
BTW, the address for Schulze is: email@example.com

Gary, Like I said, I already ordered a set from Hobby Lobby, so I really should not need them. I hate for you to waste the postage to send them to me. I do greatly appreciate the trouble you went thru to help me with this though. It was very nice of you to do that. I'm not sure why my email to Schulze was returned. I clicked the contact us link on their webpage to send it to them. I am going to forward the mailer damon reply I received to attbi.com, my isp, and I will tell them that if my emails are going to be blocked because of them allowing bulk mailings, they need to do something about it. I hate junk mail myself, and if they allow it, I'll take my account someplace else.
Thanks again for your help,

Gary, If there is ever anything you need help with from this side of the world, let me know. I'd be more than willing to help if I can.

Mike, just to let you know that I did in fact receive the 2 connectors that I ordered at around 10:00 AM this morning. Hope your delivery is as fast. That was 24 hours from bottle to throttle! Gary
