I will fly mine from the cruiseship poopdeck.

I just got my wing LEDs all soldered up. I can finally start the wing covering, maybe tomorrow or later in the evening.

I finally got off my bum and did some small covering. Here are some pics.

I am sooooooooo glad I double checked my lights. I noticed that one of the LEDs was not fully soldered on. I am glad I caught it before enclosing the wing.

Here are some more pictures. I am using Ultracote on the wing tips despite what all the people say Yes I am hard headed, but they do not make carbon fiber covering in any other brand. (Thanks for the idea sticky)

I had one tip covered, but I was not happy with how it turn out. I will try again tomorrow. It is Hooters Trivia night tonight.

You did say copy didn't you. That looks exactly like mine! LOL You going yellow on the otherside as well? If you do we can't fly together! We'll get mixed up!

Yup the carbon fiber covering really sets it off. I've had ppl ask if it was real.

That blue is gonna look cool!

I like the Carbon Fiber in the in the middle where the servos are... I might have to do some trimming on mine.

We could be like Jacko (SP?) and Roland (Sp?) and fly the same plane while one of the planes is sticking out of the ground

It is almost an exact copy (Why mess with a proven scheme), except mine is patriotic. Red white and blue baby.

I looked down the wing where the aileron is going to go. It is not straight I will need some help to straighten it out. Maybe I will bring it to Hodges with me and hope that you will be there on Sunday or Monday.

I have some tips on covering the wing tips at the beginning of this thread (Post Number One).
