There is some limited info on the kit at the Dean's Marine and Loyalhanna Dockyard. Having built the Dean's Marine DUKW, you may have some of the same problems or issues with the CELESTINE kit that I did with the DUKW. Some of the parts are printed onto plastic sheet - most of these parts were the wrong size or shape. Some of the cast parts (resin & metal) were out of scale.

Oooh, That's a RO-RO... It looks like a fun project.

I think there are a few people around that could offer you an opinion
of Dean's Marine kits in general. (Everyone is Welcome to our opinions here...)
However, I think that you will be the first person to show us
a build up of that particular ship. We look forward to reading about, and
seeing pictures of your build.

Welcome To RcGroups!

I just found a new ferry boat that I want to build, The Bergensfjord.
And I still need to build a ferry dock for the last one.
Aarrgh, No more projects...

hi S Perry, welcome to RC Groups. I have not yet had the chance to build a deans kit, but i think the Celestine is a big one, and may give you some interesting building challenges!
