My spinner is a Parkzone FW-190. The scale is identical and looks pretty good. You can get the spinner from most LHSs that carry replacement parts for PZ planes. It's about $3.50.

I hope the PZ ones are better than the E-Flite ones out of the same stable - nice little guy in my P47D but "little" is the word. Looks good just not the same scale as the plane.

Thanks,
I've already seen your plane (very nice!)
I'd prefer not to "copy" yours...
Do you know where I can find other paint scheme ???
I have find a book with "Rikyu Watanabe" drawings, but only view from the left side...
Thanks,
Bye

two excellent books with colour profiles are both Osprey Publications in the Aviation Elite series. One is about Nowotny and the other Jet Aces of the Luftwaffe.

Cheers

Ian

Yup. I am definitely losing it The 2 books above refer to the 262 which proves that I am always behind myself Having said that get on to Osprey's web site. There are many books on the Fw 190 even one dealing only with the Schlachtgruppen 190's. Others I can think of off-hand are Fw 190 Aces of the Western Front and Fw 190 Aces in Russia.

Cheers

Damned inconsiderate of me!

Should have added some references as well but my girlfriend is giving me a hard time and at 71 it is no easy task thinking on more than 1 subject
Here are some refs. All published by Osprey [www.ospreypublishiing.com]

AIRCRAFT OF THE ACES SERIES

No. 6 Fw190 Aces of the Russian front

No.9 Fw190 Aces of the Western Front

No.17 German Jet Aces of WWII

AVIATION ELITE SERIES

No. 1 JG2 Richthofen

No.6 JG54 Greenhearts

No.13 Luftwaffe Schlachtgruppen

No.15 JG52 Experten

No.20 Stormgruppen

Another publisher with excellent reference books is Kagero, a Polish company. [www.kagero.kki.pl]

Cheers

I get most of my schemes (including those 4 that I had posted) from Wings Palette. Here is the main catalogue page, and you can start your search from there. Tons of planes and camo schemes to choose from!

That is a very nice site. I notice that there aren't much sites or pictures with the camo schemes pictutered from above so you can see the wing patterns.

But thanks for the link, now I have to choose from hundreds os schemes . The FW190's that flew with the allies after being captured would raise some questions at the flying fields...

Hello
Thank you for all your answers!!!
Maybe I will try to paint my FW190 like this one, but I don't know how is the wing...
The FW190 kit is the most easy to built from GWS (I've already made the Formosa I & II and the Corsair F4U )!
