Hello, mjp.

As per my earlier reply, I would like a set if they are lighter thatn the stock parts. Have you weighed them to compare?

Cheers!

Sorry I have no means for accurate weighing.
They are made from 1.5mm carbon fiber and are the same outline as stockers. Can't promise that they are lighter but they sure are stronger and look a whole lot better.
Thanks

My carbon fins arrived in the mail today and they look really nice. I'll through both sets on the gram scale tonight and see how the weight compares but I'm very happy with the strength.

Hi Glen,

My fins should be here any time now. I'll check the weight as well. There will always be some variations in weight so this will give us an average.

Cheers
John

Stock parts were 8.6 grams, carbon replacements were 11 - 11.4. It was 11 something, I didn't write it down and now they are on the heli...

You could certainly jigsaw out another 3 grams worth of carbon, there are very strong duplicating the cutouts of the stock plastic pieces.

Overall we like,?

I didn,t want to make them too whimpy cause I broke the stockers a couple times. Hope you all like them.
