Battery for Logo 10 - Thunder Power "eXtreme" 5S 4600 or Flight Power 5S 3700?

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a new battery pack for my Logo 10 (with Neu 1907) and have narrowed down the choices:

- Thunder Power "eXtreme" 5S 4600
- Flight Power 5S 3700

I have used this setup with the Flight Power battery but would like to know whether there are any benefits with the Thunder Power battery. I can get the TP pack for an extra $20US and it weights about 100grams more.

You have the FP 4350 as an option too...

My view (using 10s) is that flightpower and new thunderpower is pretty equal in performance.

I too think you can't go wrong with either one, although the "comparable" TP Extreme pack would be a 5s-3850, not the 4600.

Work out the mah/$ and decide which is better value! Can consider Hyperion cells also.

Thanks everyone.

The new TP "Extreme" series are not smaller cells in parallel configuration right?

Gary, any idea when you'll have more Z30A-1100 motors in stock?

The TP Extreme 3850s are single-cell based packs (i.e. - 1p...). The 5s-3850 pack is 37x48x148mm and weighs 496gm. I think they are priced at around $215. The FP Evo 20 5s-3700 is 35x48x150 and weighs 480gm. It is around $210.

I'm expecting to get all my back-ordered Z50As by the end of the month.

on my 550mm Logo 10 that I use for aerial photo and video I fly Flight Power 5s 5000 packs. Love them! at nearly 10lb I get about 8 minutes (with reserve) on them.
