Yes, the paint did not ever dry Not sure about that one?

Does anyone have the answer why after 4 weeks the paint did not dry at all? this left me, having to make a new clear windshield out of some PET. For all that work it saved 9 grams.

The engine cowl appears to be the original pastic as well as the wheel pants. Mind you I say appears. Were these also replaced by balsa?

Robert, yes the cowl is original plastic it was the only part i did not manage to split.
The wheel covers are epoxy this made them much stronger for landing.

What was the brand/type of paint you used that didn't dry Zim?

Could you explain how you made the prop holder out of balsa.

To shape the noise spinner you can use balsa, and spin it on a dill, use sanding block to shape it.
use plaster for Canopy.

This has to be the best build/finishing job of a Guillow's kit EVER! Congrats on a beautiful plane and a wonderful flyer! I would love to see more up close pics. Did you make the wing strut fairings, or were they included with the kit?

I've almost bought that plane a few times. My little Guillows Cessna 150 is a nice flyer.
