They fit just fine.. I didn't have to open my frame or anything. They were a tight squeeze to fit into the servo tower, but I convinced them to fit with a little wiggle.

Weird that some people can't get 'em to fit. I guess it would only have to be a fraction of a millimeter smaller of a hole to cause that to happen?

It seems that SA's need to be moded just a bit... But some say the same on the SE.. I didnt need to mod my SE but some do.

But on the elite's they fit just fine

My frame will need about 1.5 mm (.75 each end so not too much), same on the servo tower - no way that wiggling it will get it to go. Understand that the metal v fibre frames may be different but I thought that the tower was the same. Strange that there seems to be such variation.

Jr 77s is the small pcm sythesised rc (same looks for all 700 770 70s 77s). May be labelled differently in USA

Fan motor is the latest zpower one with a fan on the bottom that only seems avalable from 'wattsuprc'. A pal has one in his Trex SE and he is very impressed - super smooth, powerful, low consumption and never gets hot.

Dragnous II

I have two, one using a Futaba GY-240 gyro the other using the Art-Tech HH gyro, both fly well with no problems thus far. I hope that parts become available soon in quantities that will be able to fill orders when that all too often crash happens. I'm running Electron 6's with Jeti Spin 33 speed controllers, HS-65's on swash and tail. My only concern has been battery placement, if using anything larger than a TP 2100 pack the battery hits the front of the canopy and if your not careful the back of the battery will rub on the front of the motor. The canopy should have been designed so that there is 1/2 inch more room in the front, had they done this practically any 3-cell pack would fit with no problems. Another possible solution is moving the two posts forward 1/2 inch and having the canopy not slide so far back. This would cause the main gear to possibly rub on the canopy though.
